    Our initial session will be dedicated to gaining an understanding of your current situation and challenges with the aim to create a personalised plan to fit your needs.

    Everyone has unique challenges when it comes to achieving therapeutic goals. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and process key issues and develop strategies for use in everyday situations.

  • Integrative

    Psychotherapy encompasses a whole of person approach. Together we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and somatic responses to presenting issues.
